1994
Shenzhen ChunYuan Steel industry Co., Ltd. was established in March, 1994. Substantial shareholders were as follow: the investment enterprise private limited company of ChunYuan in Singaporean, nuclear group company, Nissho Iwai Corporation, Nittetsu Shoji Co., Ltd., and Mr. Pan-the businessman from Hong Kong.

 

1995 
The Yangxin factory of Shenzhen ChunYuan was constructed, holding the opening ceremony and starting to run business on November 29, 1995. 

 

2000 
Intersection of Chun Yuan Investment (BVI) Co., Ltd. merger and acquisition Shanghai Huateng metal in March, 2000, and took over the power of management of Shanghai Huateng. 

 

2001 
Shanghai Huateng constructed silicon and steel factory, shoot by steel factory by silicon on will it be June 2001 . 

Shanghai Huateng altered investors and investment volume in July, 2001. Substantial shareholder became Chun Yuan Investment (BVI) Co., Ltd and Itochu Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Huateng’s former Japanese investor changed from Itochu Corporation to Japan's Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc. in November, 2001.

 

2002 
Shenzhen HongYuan metal industrial Co., Ltd. was established in July, 2002; the substantial shareholders were as follow: Chun Yuan Investment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. , Shenzhen Chun Yuan steel industry Co., Ltd. , nuclear group company, Nissho Iwai Corporation, Nittetsu Shoji Co., Ltd., Hong Kong’s businessman- Mr. Pan . 

Shenzhen HongYuan founds the factory constructed, start to operating in October, 2002. 

Shenzhen ChunYuan set up the new department of steel aluminium to expand the market of electricity zinc-plated stencil plate and aluminium product. 

2005 
Shenzhen ChunYuan set up Tongqing factory, the new factory started building in March, 2005, finished in November, 2005. 

Shenzhen ChunYuan invested and set up the press-casting machine, importing the motor core and casts aluminium technology and business. 

Accurate electromechanical Co., Ltd. of Qingdao ChunYuan was established in May, 2005; the substantial shareholders were Chun Yuan Investment (BVI) Co., Ltd and Japan's Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc.

2007 
Qingdao ChunYuan factory constructed, holding the opening ceremony and start to running business on May 15, 2007. 

2008 
Shanghai Huateng invested and set up the press-casting machine, imported the motor core and casts aluminium technology and business. 

The nuclear group company in Chinese shareholder's Shenzhen ChunYuan and Shenzhen HongYuan transferred all its stock right to Chun Yuan Investment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. 

2009 
Shenzhen HongYuan set up motor, wind the line apparatus, and imported it by cooperating with Japan trader. 

ChunYuan steel prepared to open the office in Xiamen to provide service with district of Fujian customers of ChunYuan steel’s companies in Taipei and China and to expand local market.

2010 
Shenzhen HongYuan motor wind the line started to ship formally. 

2011 
Shenzhen ChunYuan invested silicon steel portion slicer, imported the generator business. 

The board of directors of ChunYuan steel agreed to establish electromechanical Co., Ltd. of Xiamen ChunYuan on February 23, 2011, serving the customers of west area of sea; the company is established in the same year. 

Shanghai HongYuan invested in the silicon steel portion slicer, imported the generator business. 

Qingdao ChunYuan made the investment setting up the article 2 and annealed apparatus continuously, elevating the capacity.

2012 
The second factory of Tongqing of Shenzhen ChunYuan was constructed.

Shenzhen ChunYuan invested and set up the processing machine of CNC centre and accurate detector of three coordinates of the Germany, improving processing of mould, maintenance and measure ability.
